  • Eligibility for Exchange: To ensure fairness and hygiene, items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags securely attached. Any signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags will unfortunately void the exchange.
  • Initiating Your Exchange: The first step is to contact our dedicated support team at shaqavehliartbranded@gmail.com within 21 days. Please provide picture, your order number, and detailed information about the item you wish to exchange and the specific item (size, color, etc.) you're hoping to receive. This helps us check availability quickly.
  • Your Exchange Options: We'll do our best to fulfill your requested exchange, subject to current stock levels. If your desired item isn't available, we will offer you one of the following options:
    • A direct exchange for an item of equal value.
    • Store credit for the original purchase value, allowing you to select a different item at your convenience in the future.
  • Streamlined Return Shipping: For your convenience, we can offer a prepaid shipping label for the return of your original item for a nominal fee of [small fee of $5, free for the first exchange]. Alternatively, you are welcome to ship the item back using a trackable method of your choice at your own expense.
  • Efficient Shipping of Your New Item: Once we receive and carefully inspect your returned item, we will promptly ship your chosen exchange item to you.
